According to all newspapers, Ministry of culture reacted because of misusing of culture freedom for propagative purposes. As examples, Ministry says that the Yugoslav ambassador in Macedonia, in the day of 50-th anniversary of NATO, requested to organize an exhibiton of photografies with title "Aggression of NATO against population and civil objects in Yugoslavia - tracks of unhumanity", while the Childrens embassy "Medjasi"suggested a concert with motto "Peace in Balkans, peace in the world".

According to Nova Makedonija and Vecer, the president of Council of Europe, Lord Rusell Joneston stressed that the large influx of refugees in Macedonia is a destabilizing factor in the region and causes big pressure to Macedonia.

According to Dnevnik, in borderland Blace 3.000 refugees waiting to enter Macedonia. While according to the Operative stuff of MVR, till 15 o’clock in that borderland were registered 835 refugees.

According to all newspapers in camp Stenkovec are about 50.000 refugeees, in Neprosteno 5.5000, in Bojane 5.000, in Blace 3.000, in Radusa 2.500, and in Senokos 1000. By the end of yesterday in Macedonia are registered 178.615 refugeees, while 83.159 of them have the status of humanitarian cared persons.

According to information of communal organizations of Red cross of Kicevo, Struga and Ohrid, also from the Stuff for civil protection of Debar, in these and nearby cities, up to now are registered about 14.000 refugees form Kosovo. In Kicevo and its environs are registered 2.234 refugees, in Debar 3.500, and in Struga 7.500.

According to Nova Makedonija and information taken form Institute of radiology, at refugees are registered tuberculosis and dog teenia.

According to Ministry of information, for one day by the airlift, in third cuontries are transported 958 kosovar refugees.

According to Nova Makedonija, there are evident differencies in number of registered refugees between UNHCR and competent state organs of Macedonia. According to MVR, in Macedonia have been registered 175.566 refugees, and at this moment sojourn 149.641, while according to the statement of UNHCR spokesman, in Macedonia are already settled 100.000 kosovar refugees.

According to Nova Makedonija, UNHCR already has made a new request to the Macedonian government to find possibilities to build another two camps.

According to Vecer, in camp Stenkovec 1 are pithcing new tents. Because of the rainy weather, the health of refugees settled in tents is getting worst.

According to Fakti, in HO "El Hilall" say that the spiritual state is desperate. The refugees are in depresion and disturbed.

Acording to Fakti, the life conditions in Camp Radusa are pretty well improved. But, because of having no identity card for refugees, the police are not allowing them to go out of the camp.

According to Flaka, in Tabanovce and Lojane there are no refugees.

According to Dnevnik, the bureaucracy is decelerating coming of humanitarian aid. More than 40 foreign humanitarian organizations cannot send humanitarian aid to Macedonia, because they are not registered.

According to all newspapers, yesterday in camp Stenkovec started vacsination of refugee babies and childs smaller than 4 years old. The vacsination will be performed in four sites (in every site daily about 400 childs) and its expected to be vacsinated about 5.000 refugee childs.

According to Vecer, the Red Cross of Skopje form Saturday started with distribution of humanitarian aid for the kosovar refugees.

According to Fakti, HO "El Hilall" distributed 2 trucks with clothes in camps Stenkovec 1 and 2.

According to Fakti, in cooperation with Red Cross of Skopje in Skopje village Studenicane, was opened a depot with humanitarian aid for about 2.000 refugees.

According to Flaka, HO "Mother Teresa" gaved humanitarian aids for the refugees in Kicevo.

According to Flaka, in Prilep village Crniliste, arrived first refugees (two families).

According to Vecer, the kosovar refugees, that are coming with their own vhicles are putting in danger functioning of system of green card in Macedonia and also the security of communication.
