Today in Macedonia will arrive in two-day visit Helena Kennedy, president of the board of Britain council. She will have meeting with the president Kiro Gligorov, the premier Lubço Georgievski and the minister for culture Dimitar Dimitrov.

The refugees that are settled in other countries may return in Kosovo through Macedonia, if in the same time returns the refugees that are still settled in Macedonian territory. The flights should be admonition ten days before. All the refugees should have passports and visa. The Macedonian governments have delivered this "travel order" to the representatives of EU and to all the countries that have except refugees. So through the Macedonian territory may return about 90.000 refugees that have been repatriated from Macedonia.

The private firm form Germany, these days should estimate the sum of costs for building of nine refugee camps in Macedonia. From this estimation depends if the High commissioner for refugees will gave more money to Macedonian government, or will gave just in 3.7 million dollars as a compensation of the costs for building of the camps. According to the vice-minister for Exterior Boris Trajkovski until now UNHCR have not gave any money for medical treatment and for education of the refugees settled in families. Until now just 70 million dollars have arrived in Macedonia, even that was promised 200 million dollars.

For good planning of activities and for giving help to the refugees settled in the commune of Kumanovo and Lipkovo, next week the UNHCR will register all these refugees. A team of UNHCR will visit refugees in the families where they are settled and they will talk about their problems and needs.
