According to Ministry of Interior (MVR) 170.033 refugees are registered in Macedonia , but they say that there are more unregistered refugee. In other countries are transfered 24.928 and 50.928 are settled in camps. Yesterday, arrived more then 5.000 refugees from Kosovo. Until the end of day, the refugees were in borderland Blace, where they were been evidenced. It’s ambiguous, where they will be settled, because the camps are already full. MVR says that the airlift is not working. The day before yesterday, were planed more flights but were realized just two. In the environce of village Malino where 4.500 refugees from Kosovo are settled, now there are less then 1.000 refugees. Four trucks of UNHCR brought humanitarian aid to the refugees in food, water and blankets. Paula Gedini, spokesman of UNHCR, says that refugees are leaving the village Malino by their own will. Most of them had gone to around villages. Team of MVR yesterday transported 351 persons in Stenkovec camp. Paula Gedini also said that now they have a problem to find them and to evidence refugees that leaved the Malino villages.

The situation with humanitarian aid – alarming. After the new wave of deported kosovar albanians, particularly in borderland in villages Malino and Lojane, humanitarian aid is lack, claims in the seat of humanitarian organization (HO) "El Hilal". The current situation according to the secretary general of this organization, Bejudin Shehapi is alarming. Although, the humanitarian aid is arriving every day, they don’t satisfy the current necessaries. In the last three days in HO "El Hilal" arrived 16 trucks with humanitarian aid, which is distributed in some cities in Macedonia. From yesterday, HO "El Hilal" started a cooperation with HO "ABRA" in Germany, which implied 4.000 packets with groceries and 4.000 with other hygiene materials. Also, the italain HO "INTERSOS" provided 8.500 packets. These days in camp Stenkovec were distributed 6 trucks with humanitarian aid, which was gaved by HO "CARE INTERNATIONAL". Also in cooperation with organization "WORLD FOOD PROGRAM", yesterday was intervened in mountain areas were new wave of refugees was evidenced.

"DNEVNIK"

2 billion USD for Macedonia and Albania form the World Bank. The World Bank and IMF in the begining of next week probably will provide about 2 billion USD for Macedonia and Albania, to help them dealing with refugee crisis in their countries, claim the president of the World Bank, James Wolfenson.

Humanitarians forgetened the Gipsy refugees. The Party for Full Emancipacion of Gipsies in Macedonia critisized UNHCR and the Macedonia red Cross and express sorrow because of negligence for gupsy refugees from Kosovo. Until now in Macedonia have been evidenced 1.600 gupsy refugees settled in families and about 50 in camps.

The deadline for evidencing the refugees is over, and MVR does not have full information. According to MVR, everyday, in dozens of sites in Tetovo, Skopje, Kumanovo, are comming for evidencing 1.500 refugees.

"MAKEDONIJA DENES"

From Monday will begin vacsination of refugee childs. In Stenkovec, in Monday, will start extraordinary vacsination of babies and childs smaller then 4 years old. There are furnished about 30.000 doses. The health of refugees has been appreciated as relatively good. The process of imunization of refugee childs first will be realized in camps and then in the cities where the refugees are settled. For that task, UNICEF and the World Health Organization provided 200.000 vacsines against child paralise and 80.000 units against morbile, rubeola etc.

NOVA MAKEDONIJA

Macedonia could not afford burden of refugees. The macedonian ambassador in UN committee in Geneva, Goce Petreski, in meeting with UN High commissioner for refugees, Sadako Ogata, argued that even tremendous efforts, the exhausted capacity of Republic Macedonia, cannot accept more refugees, in accordance with international standards.

The Red Cross is equally for everybody. The Red Cross from the beginning of the refugee crisis with cordiallity was engaged in giving help to the humanitarian cared people in Macedonia, claims Ivan Narashanov, the Secretary general of this organization.

The living conditions of refugees in Stenkovec were improved. A canteen and a store began to work (form 8:00 to 22:00) so now legally the refugees can buy groceries. In that manner, according to commander of Policy station in camp Stenkovec 1, Georgi Nikolov, was prevented smuggling, which was accomplished by some representatives of humanitarian organizations. Inside the camp, some days before, was settled third canopy with three telefones. Total number of refugees in camp Stenkovec 1 is 27.550.

FLAKA

The health of babies and old men in camp Stenkovec is getting worst. In our visit to this camp, we saw that water in many canopies permeated, and the babies have problems with high temperature. We met there, Emine Kasabaçi, who impatiently was expecting to be transfered in another country, because, as she said to us, she’s little sun Egzon, is not in good health. Kosovar refugees also informed us that in recent days some serbian citizens from the villages around, entered camp and threatened them with knifes, throwing with stones etc. The macedonian policy does not intervene. Because of this, some canopies were removed into the center of the camp.

For refugees – 21.000 CHF. These days the temporary emigrants form Tetovo village Cellopek, working in Switzerland, organized a humanitarian action, in which they collect 21.000 CHF.

Qatar is helping kosovar refugees. These days HO "El-id Bin Muhamed Alfani" form Qatar (Emirates) in cooperation with two HO, "El Hilal" and "Spike of godness", gaved humanitarian aid (groceries, clothes and hygiene materials) in total sum of 100.000 USD.
