Yesterday in the morning in the downtown of Kumanovo, an explosive device has destroyed a car "fiat punto". During the explosion nobody has been injured, while a motorcycle, a car and the windows of near objects were destroyed. The explosive device has been settled in the front side of the car. Still hasn’t been verified the kind of explosion and of the device. The police still haven’t known the identity and the motives of the persons ho have done that.

According to the Ministry of Interior (MVR), during the uikend, 1.276 refugees have left Macedonia and went to Kosovo while 513 humanitarian cared persons have entered in it. The process of organized returning of refugees settled in camps and in families in Tetovo is still continuing. 3.282 refugees have left Macedonia in this way. From third countries, through the Skopje airport, 9.163 kosovars have been repatriated. The number of refugees settled in families is about 20.000.

In the camps around Macedonia still are staying about 7.087 refugees, mostly Albanians from Bujanovac and Preshevo. Unofficially is known that the Stenkovec 2 camp, quickly might be transformed into the center for excepting gypsies and Serbs, even that are in small numbers, everyday are coming form Kosovo.

Albanian, gypsies and Serb refugees form Yugoslavia, that are settled in families in Skopje municipality, ones a month are getting aid in food, hygienically means and cloths from humanitarian organization "Shelter nau international". The priority in expecting aid has all the refugees that are settled in poor families and the families that have no sources of incoming and have no aid form other organizations.

The UNHCR these days will begin with organized return of refugees in Kosovo settled in families in Skopje municipality. All the refugees that want to go in Kosovo through this organization should present to Dare Xhambaz. First buses will begin to go in Friday. Today had begun the organized the return of refugees settled in Kumanovo.
