The president of the Republic of Albania, Rexhep Mejdani came in one-day visit in Macedonia. He had a meeting with the President of the Republic of Macedonia Kiro Gligorov. They have talking about a lot of common questions, but mostly for the Pact of stability. Gligorov announced that they would sign an agreement for good neighbor relations, cooperation and free trade between two countries. Mejdani also met with the premier Lubço Georgievski and the President of the Parliament Savo Klimovski.

According to the Ministry of Interior (MVR), the day before yesterday from the borderland of Jazince in the last 24 hours 1.300 have left Macedonia, while 1.200 kosovar have entered in it. The large number of the persons that are coming from Kosovo to Macedonia have with them passports and say that are coming to take their families back to Kosovo. Because of these movements of the refugees, in MVR say that they do not know the real number of persons from Kosovo those are settled in Macedonia. According to the UNHCR, momentary in Macedonia are settled about 15 to 20.000 refugees, 9.000 of them are still settled in camps.

The high commissioner for refugees and the International organization for migration today will began organically to return the refugees that are settled in families. The process of registration of refugees that want to go back in Kosovo, to be realized more efficiently, today in Mala Recica will be opened an office of this organization, because most of refugees are settled in the families in Tetovo.

Airplanes with 160 persons that are the part of about 15.000 refugees, from Germany have to arrive in Skopje airport. From Skopje they will go with buses to their homes in Kosovo. Germany had criticized some European countries for slow exception of refugees. Also from Canada 273 refugees have been transferred to Kosovo. Even that there is no registration for the real number of refugees and for their identity, International organization for migration stressed that there are no chance in Macedonia to enter from Germany, Switzerland and Italy, Albanian criminals and assailants.
