Delegations of NATO and Yugoslavia yesterday and the day before yesterday have met in Macedonian territory to define details of withdrawing of Serbian forces from Kosovo and deployment of peaceful forces. The commander of NATO forces in Macedonia, General Mike Jackson, yesterday gave to the Yugoslavian generals Svetozar Marjanovich and Blagoje Kovacevich detail plan of withdrawing. The Serbian delegation doesn’t agree with terms of withdrawing and tampon zone. Conversations are continuing.

According to the Ministry of Interior (MVR), in the last 24 hours, 274 refugees entered Macedonia. No illegal entries were registered. The total number of refugees in Macedonia now is 275.885, while 149.737 of them have the status of humanitarian cared people. Most of refugees, 51.156 are settled in Skopje, then 40.720 in Tetovo, 20.345 in Gostivar, 12.636 in Kumanovo, 9.520 in Struga, 9.183 in Debar and 3.673 in Kichevo. 101.478 refugees have been settled in camps. The number of refugees in camps is following: in camp Cegrane - 40.476, in Stenkovec 1 and 2 - 38.648 refugees, in Neprosteno - 7.280, in Senokos - 6.894, in Bojane - 2.820 and in Radusa - 2.109 refugees.

Yesterday, 163 refugees were transferred to third countries using airlift. Up to now, 82.159 refugees left Macedonia using airlift.

Crowd of about 5.000 Albanain-refugees, the day before yesterday, about 21 o’clock, have beaten with sticks and stones three gypsy refugees in camp Stenkovec, because they thought that, together with Yugoslav army, allegedly, they have committed crimes against Albanians in Kosovo. The three gypsies are badly injured and they were hospitalized in Military hospital in Skopje. In the massive beating lightly have been injured another 24 persons. All the family members of the beaten gypsies have been placed in "quarantine", and the Macedonian police are protecting them, if anybody wants to kill them.

In a report of the daily newspaper Fakti from camp Cegrane, is stressed that big problem of refugees, these days, is hot weather. Danny Woods of humanitarian organization "CARE" says that this organization except providing food and sanitation means for about 45.000 refugees of this camp, they are also helping in uniting families. The organization "OXFAM" is taking care for drinkable water, places for taking bath etc.

According to the daily newspaper Dnevnik, the secretary general of Macedonian Red Cross, Ivan Narashanov, says that kosovar refugees, especially those with large families are getting more quantities of certain products form humanitarian aids. They don’t know what to do with those products, so they sell them in greenmarkets in Macedonia. Some days ago, some Albanian media accused Macedonian Red Cross that is swindling with humanitarian help for refugees, after in greenmarkets in Macedonia appeared products with packages where it can be seen that they are part of humanitarian conveyance for refugees.

According to the daily newspaper Nova Makedonija, the head of delegation of International committee of Red Cross, Francoa Shtam, said that through the Internet web-page of service "Looking for", opened in may 10th, up to now 287 refugee families have been united, while 236 cases are still reviewed.

According to the daily newspaper Flaka, humanitarian organization "Mother Teresa" is helping refugees settled in Prespa (about 1.000), but they have a lot of problems, because no other humanitarian organization is helping refugees of this region.

According to the daily newspapers Flaka and Fakti, HO "Spike of goodness" is continuing with distribution of humanitarian aids for month may for refugees who still hasn’t get humanitarian aid.
