SECURITY SITUATION
According to the daily newspaper Dnevnik, the international court of OUN for war crimes in ex Yugoslavia, has asked to expand the competencies in Macedonia, but they were refused from Macedonian authorities. The answer was negative because of some reasons. Macedonia from the beginning has cooperated with Hag Tribunal, but thinks have gone to far, declare an anonymous member of government. Then, The Hag Tribunal has asked for bigger ingressions that will make possible their own investigation, also informative talks and researches of apartments. Any sovereign state will not let that to happen.
THE REFUGEE NUMBER
6.663 refugees that were settled in Macedonia have left Macedonia the day before yesterday and went to Kosovo, while 3.000 refugees with green card entered Macedonia from Kosovo. This was declared in the Ministry of Interior (MVR). According to the data of the Ministry, the refugees left Macedonia mostly from the borderland Bllace, while mostly enters from Jazince. According to the UNHCR 40.000 refugees is still settled in Macedonia. Sources of MVR informed that 13.469 refugees are settled in camps, but they can not estimated how many refugees are still settled in families.
Yesterday using airlift 383 refugees were transferred in USA and 40 in Canada. So, up to now using airlift 93.498 persons settled in Macedonia were transferred to third countries.
CAMPS
Setting and maintenance of camp costs Macedonian government 13 million German marks declared yesterday the Minister for urbanism and townplanning, Dushko Kadievski. This Ministry has obligation to clean, disinfect and revitalize the refugee camps when they will be empty. Çegrane and Senokose will be economic complex. Bllace and Jazince will be used for building of tax terminals. Radusa and Bojana will be sowed with trees, while in Neproshten will be built graves.
SUPPORT
According to the daily newspaper Flaka, ECHO until now have certain and gave about 40 million Euro for the crises in the region. ECHO is a service of the European commission and coordinates the humanitarian operations of the European Union. This is not an organization that works in ground, but they certain funds to non-government organizations such as UNHCR and Red Cross.
According to the daily newspaper Fakti, in Debar have begun the organized return of refugees from Kosovo, organized by the H.O. "El hilall". For today is planned to be returned three buses with refugees, and all the costs will be paid by this organization.
